Call for Spring Conference Abstracts:

We are accepting abstract submissions for the MWF Spring Conference. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your research or project findings with colleagues from across the UK! Full submission details can be located on our website here. The deadline for all submissions is Sunday 15th March 2020.

Lady Estelle Wolfson Bursary

We are delighted to confirm that we will be offering the Lady Estelle Wolfson Conference Bursary once again. The bursary aims to encourage medical students and junior doctor members of the MWF to attend the Spring Conference. The bursary has been generously supported by Lady Estelle Wolfson (Chair of the Lord Leonard and Lady Estelle Wolfson Foundation). Full information is available here.

We know that coming to a conference for the first time on your own can seem a bit daunting, MWF is glad to announce the launch of a buddying scheme that allows first time attendees to be buddied with MWF Members. If you are interested in being buddied, kindly register your interest here

Driving Directions from the East

From the North East M1 to A1 to A52 to Grantham. Follow M1 North signs to City Centre onto Derby Road. Keep in the right-hand lane and turn right into Derby street, just before the second set of traffic lights. Turn right at the end of Derby Road into Wollaton Street.

Driving Directions from the South and West

M1 junction 25 to A52 to Nottingham. Over the roundabout at the end of Derby Road, the Queens medical centre is on your right. Follow signs for A6200 into the City Centre then turn right at the end and follow A610 . The hotel is situated at the bottom of Wollaton Street, next to the Royal Centre.
