Dr Becs Winterborn FRCS, has been elected Honorary Secretary of MWF. She has been a Consultant Vascular Surgeon in the Bristol, Bath and Weston Vascular Network for over 10 years and holds a number of educational and leadership roles. She is passionate about shifting the culture for Women in Medicine, through courage, coaching and collaboration.She will use her skills to ensure that the MWF thrives, and we are delighted that she is joining the team.
