New Gender Pay Gap Report from the Women and Equalities Committee

A new report from the Women and Equalities Committee reveals that the gender pay gap has barely improved in the past four years. MWF was one of a select few asked to provide oral evidence to the committee in January 2016.

The inquiry into the gender pay gap highlights that women over 40 are most likely to be affected with the gap widening further for those aged 50-59 to 27.3%. The evidence suggests that this trend will continue unless action is taken to actively tackle the causes of this inequality. The full report can be read here.
