2026 London Landmarks Half Marathon
Date: Sunday 12th April 2026

The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a closed road, central London run and is the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster. We have charity places available for the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026 which is taking place on Sunday 12th April 2026. If you’d like to represent the Medical Women’s Federation (MWF), please complete the form here. By participating, you’ll help us support women in medicine and advocate for gender equity and women’s health. Preference for the space will be given to MWF members.
If you are successfully selected for a place, we would ask you to pledge to raise a minimum of £500.

2026 TCS London Marathon

The London Marathon is a world-renowned event offering an incredible experience for runners. From the iconic route through the heart of London to the energetic atmosphere created by charity supporters, it’s a race like no other.

Santa in the City Charity Run 2025 - 4km
Date: 2nd, 3rd or 4th December 2025

Get into the festive spirit with the Santa in the City Charity Run, a magical event that combines holiday cheer with the joy of giving. Run or walk dressed as Santa through London’s iconic streets, passing landmarks like St Paul’s Cathedral and the Thames. This fun and festive event is perfect for all fitness levels and a fantastic way to support the Medical Women’s Federation.

Parkrun for the Medical Women’s Federation

Location: Parkrun locations nationwide
Take part in parkrun and turn your weekly 5K into a powerful way to support the MWF. Whether you’re running, walking, or volunteering, parkrun is a fantastic opportunity to stay active while raising funds to empower women in medicine and advocate for women’s health.
How to Get Involved
1) Find a Parkrun Near You: Visit www.parkrun.org.uk to locate your nearest event and register for free.
2) Sign Up for Team MWF: Once registered, let us know you’re participating on behalf of MWF and we will list your running location on our parkrun page. We will also put you in contact with anyone running in the same location as you!
3) Start Fundraising: Visit our just giving page and invite friends, family, and colleagues to support your efforts to make a difference.
