National Clinical Excellence Awards 2018 Round
Clinical Excellence Awards recognise and reward NHS consultants and academic GPs who perform 'over and above' the standard expected of their role. The Advisory Committee on Clinical Excellence Awards gives awards for quality and excellence, acknowledging personal contributions.
We want to encourage more and more women to apply for this award, to break the glass ceiling and reach the leadership positions you deserve!
MWF Support
MWF are a nominating body and want to assist as many members as possible with their applications. The 2018 Clinical Excellence Awards opens on Tuesday 13th February 2018 and will close at 5:00pm on Thursday 12th April 2018. For those who are thinking of applying for new awards and/or renewals we suggest start working on your application.
The closing date for the receipt of applications for MWF support is strictly midnight on Sunday 18th March 2018. Please also ensure you submit a completed MWF ACCEA Form with your application. ACCEA Guidelines
Application guidance for the 2018 national Clinical Excellence Awards round can be found on the website here. It is essential that candidates read and familiarise themselves with the ACCEA candidate guidelines, which can be accessed via the above link. ACCEA considers applications for CEAs from consultants employed in NHS organisations in England and Wales only. Scotland and Northern Ireland run schemes unconnected to, but along similar lines, as ACCEA.
