Dr Yasmin Drabu has stepped down from her role as MWF Vice President; and we are therefore inviting nominations for the position of Vice President (job description here). Under the Constitution, the Vice President will be elected for two years.
This is an ideal and varied opportunity for an individual to become more involved with MWF, leading women in medicine. The opportunities you are exposed to in this position will really boost your CV and career!
Nominees must be proposed and seconded (by an MWF Member) using this nomination form. A CV – 1 side A4 maximum stating name, date of qualification, brief career resume, MWF membership and service. Along with a brief personal statement detailing why you are suitable for this position.

- Representing MWF on external committees and at other events
- To work with the other Officers in the running of the organisation
- To respond to Consultations
- To support the President with specific projects and campaigns
- To attend the Officers, Council and Annual General Meetings
