Yorkshire and Humber - Dr Phoebe Bennett

 

Dr Phoebe Bennett is a resident doctor who is currently completing her second year of the Foundation Programme with the Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. She obtained her medical degree (MBChB) and intercalated degree in International Health (BSc) from the University of Leeds. Phoebe is keen to return to Yorkshire and pursue a career in Community Sexual and Reproductive Health, and has an interest in contraception, pregnancy planning and the prevention and early detection of gynaecological cancers. 

Phoebe is currently the pre-specialty local ambassador for the Mersey region for the Student & Trainee Association of Sexual Health & HIV (STASHH) and actively promotes events and educational opportunities through monthly webinars. She is passionate about increasing diversity in Women’s Health and using communication to empower women to make autonomous decisions about their health. In her spare time Phoebe enjoys cooking, hiking and listening to / playing jazz & soul music
