2026 London Landmarks Half Marathon

The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a closed road, central London run and is the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster. We have five charity place available for the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026 which is taking place on Sunday 12th April 2026. If you’d like to represent the Medical Women’s Federation (MWF), please complete the form here. By participating, you’ll help us support women in medicine and advocate for gender equity and women’s health. Preference for the space will be given to MWF members.
If you are successfully selected for a place, we would ask you to pledge to raise a minimum of £500.
