The Medical Women’s Federation welcomes the refreshed focus on women’s health in the new strategy. We are saddened but not surprised to hear the need for a change in the approach from some towards women’s health issues. Medical misogyny is unacceptable and we support a zero tolerance approach. A word of caution from the Medical women’s Federation…'it is easier to publish a strategy than it is to implement a change in culture.’
