Resident Doctor Prize 2025

Prize: £100 per category (artistic and prose)
Open to: All trainee doctors
We are delighted to announce that the topic for this year's Resident Doctor Prize is:
“How can the NHS 10-year plan support women in medicine?”
This is a creative prize and is not intended to be a research piece. Rather, we encourage both artistic (paintings, sculptures, cartoons, songs) and prose (creative writing, poetry) submissions that might showcase your creative talents! If your submission is a piece of artwork please take a photograph or scan of the piece and email it to Central Office, along with a brief synopsis (200-400 words).
Please note: competition entry for MWF members is free of charge and non-members will be charged £10 to enter at the point of submission. Submissions that do not follow the entry requirements will not be accepted.
