This year MWF is collaborating with NHS Employers to find the most Family Friendly NHS Employer. This is an annual award that was launched by MWF in 2011 based on the results obtained from a survey sent to our members and other NHS doctors. This year's extension of the survey to all NHS Employees is an exciting development and marks the importance that both MWF and NHS Employers attach to these issues. Previous winners have been Kings College Hospital Foundation NHS Trust and the Wales Deanery.
